Vikas Halan is an Associate Managing Director and team leader for Moody’s Corporate Finance Group, based in Singapore. In this role, Vikas manages a team of rating analysts, with a focus on key South and Southeast Asian sectors, including REITS, oil & gas, chemicals, property developers, gaming and IT services. Before joining Moody’s, Vikas worked for J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong, as a capital markets and ratings advisor for clients in the Asia Pacific region. He started his career as a chartered accountant with the Indian firm, BDO Lodha. Vikas holds a post-graduate diploma in Business Management from Xavier Institute of Management.

Elena Nadtotchi is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Oil and Gas Team and lead analyst on a portfolio of US investment-grade and high-yield companies in the exploration and production, midstream and refining sectors.
Before moving to New York in 2017, Elena spent 12 years in Moody’s London office as part of the Energy, Metals and Mining and Chemicals teams. The rated companies she covered included those in the European integrated oil and gas, global mining and EMEA chemical sectors, as well as the European nuclear energy sector. Her responsibilities in that time included acting as Moody’s global coordinator for the integrated oil and gas sector and for the chemicals sector. Elena was a co-author of Moody's Integrated Oil and Gas rating methodology in 2019 and was a co-author of earlier Chemicals and Metals and Mining industry methodologies in previous years. Elena is currently Moody’s global coordinator for oil and gas price assumptions and for North American oil and gas sector research.
Before joining Moody’s, Elena worked as a project finance and corporate banker for various international banks. She started her career at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, where she originated financing for the roll out of telecom infrastructure in Central Europe, as well as infrastructure projects in EMEA. Elena holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, as well as MA in Economics and MSc degree in Investment Management.

Kai Hu is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group, based in Shanghai. He covers a portfolio of large Chinese state-owned enterprises. Before joining Moody’s, Kai worked in credit risk management, trade finance and project finance at various financial institutions, including Citigroup and China Merchants Bank in New York and Bank of Communications, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank in Shanghai. Kai holds an MBA from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. He is also a CFA, FRM and a member of Chinese CPA association.

Wan Hee Yoo is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group, based in Hong Kong. He covers a portfolio of Korean corporates across a diverse range of industries. Before joining Moody’s, Wan Hee worked for three and half years with Citigroup’s Capital Markets Origination / Ratings Advisory team, covering Korean corporates. Prior to this, Wan Hee worked as a credit analyst at Fitch Ratings and Nice Ratings, both based in Seoul, acting as a lead analyst for Korean corporates. Wan Hee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Korea University.

Sim Hui Ting is an Analyst with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, she covers a portfolio of Southeast Asian oil and gas companies. Hui Ting joined Moody’s in 2017 as an Associate Analyst and previously covered a range of industries including metals & mining, as well as Singapore real estate investment trusts. Prior to joining Moody’s, Hui Ting worked in credit risk roles at Noble Resources International Pte Ltd and PetroChina International (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Hui Ting holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. She is also a CFA charter-holder.

Sweta Patodia is an Analyst in the Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, Sweta covers a portfolio of oil and gas and IT companies in India and real estate investment trusts in South East Asia. Sweta joined Moody’s in 2014 as an Associate Analyst. Prior to joining Moody’s, Sweta worked as a Credit Analyst for over three years at HSBC in Kolkata. Sweta is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a CFA charter holder.
