Tips and suggestions to get the best experience


This Hub provides highlights from across Moody’s Investors Service Outlooks. It is not a complete list of a selection recently published Outlooks , The entirety of Outlooks can be found on Moodys.com. The hub brings access to Moody’s events, reports, podcasts and infographics on one platform.

Q: I cannot register for the hub

A: The hub is restricted to business organizations and there are certain blocks to prevent access to restricted domains, including personal emails. If you would like to use your personal email on the account, we will need to register you directly on the site after verifying you. You can email us directly (ideally from your business domain) with your request.

If the site says you already have an account with the hub, please use the Forgotten password advice below or email us.

Q: What content can I access?

A: Certain types of content require you to create an account on the hub, such as registering for an event or listening to a podcast. Please click the   ‘Hub sign up’ button on the top right of  the page or the restricted content.

Once registered, you will not need to re-enter your details and you can easily subscribe to these.

To access certain content – such as the in-depth reports – you will be redirected to Moodys.com, you will need to use your moodys.com password or register for our services.

Q: How do I gain access to moodys.com?

Q: I have forgotten my Outlooks hub password

A: There are 2 ways to reset your password.

  1. Find your original email from the Outlooks hub that contains a magic link to the site. Once you click that link it will take you to the site and log you in. In the top right corner, you should see your name. Click Profile > Password and reset your password.
  2. Click Forgotten Password and enter your email. The hub will send you an email prompting you to change your password. Depending on your security setting, the email may drop into your spam folder. Please look into your spam and mark the site as a safe sender.

Q: What do I do if I have not received an email from the hub with my details

A: Please check your spam folder and mark the site as a safe sender, this will prevent the issue from happening in the future.

Q: How do I get the best experience from the hub?

A: The hub uses modern browser technologies and is best experienced using Google Chrome or the latest Microsoft Edge (Version 86.0 or above).

Some other tips and tricks to get the best experience from the hub during live events, are below:

  • If you are using your VPN, please disable this during the live event for a better customer experience.
  • Reduce your bandwidth, close any background applications that rely on internet access. The fewer applications open, the greater the connection for the hub.

Q: Does the site work on mobile and tablet?

A: Yes. If you have issues with your work laptop, the site does operate on mobile and tablet.

Q: Will the event be available On Demand?

Yes, within 24HRS of the live event, the replay will be made available on the hub, to all subscribers.
